The style of yoga practiced at Yoga for Peace is called Shanti Yoga. An easy to follow, step by step guidance specifically chosen to work on all bodily systems and the mind.

A combination of three styles of yoga are taught in each class (Restorative, Shanti Yoga vinyasa, and Hatha) together with Pranayama (yoga breathing), followed by Nidra (yoga relaxation).

This unique and effective system designed with carefully graded movements, postures, breath and mind control techniques unite body, mind and spirit in health, wellbeing, happiness, fulfillment and enlightenment.
